David McNair is Executive Director for Global Policy at ONE, where he leads policy work focused on development finance, accountability, and global economic reform. Over the course of his career, he has worked on campaigns to reduce child mortality, unlock financing for climate and sustainable development, and tackle corruption and tax evasion, and he also serves as a nonresident scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
