Emily Janoch is the Associate Vice President for Evidence and Learning at CARE, where she helps drive the organization’s efforts to use evidence, measurement, and learning to improve impact, strengthen dignity, and advance poverty eradication. Her work focuses on designing systems that capture and elevate community voices, generate actionable evidence, and support better decision-making across development and humanitarian programs. With deep experience in knowledge management, research, and adaptive learning, she has worked to connect practitioners and decision-makers with the insights needed to improve programs and scale effective approaches.
