Erik van Ingen is a Digital Agriculture and Innovation Specialist at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, where he works on frontier technologies including AI, blockchain, IoT, and remote sensing. He has helped lead communities of practice within FAO on AI and blockchain and supports innovation projects using agile and design-thinking approaches across agrifood systems.
