• Marte Lid, Norad

    Marte Lid is Change Manager for AI and Digitalization at the Department for Digitalization at The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad), where she develops and leads the agency’s change strategy for AI and Digitalization. She is a Prosci-certified change management professional, combining deep sector knowledge from over 20 years in international development with advanced communications expertise, and profound knowledge on AI and digitalization. Marte has headed Norad’s AI Initiative, recognized with an award from Microsoft, and has built strong internal capacity through ambassador networks and training. Her background includes leading Norway’s national SDG campaigns and serving as Communications Adviser to the Minister for International Development. Marte holds a Master of Arts in International Communications.

Traditional reporting processes are often manual, time-consuming, and inconsistent due to unstructured formats and varying report content. RAI 1.0 was developed to address these challenges by leveraging artificial intelligence to assist the workflow of the Norad advisors.
