Sasha Dichter is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 60 Decibels, a tech-enabled social impact measurement and customer intelligence company spun out of Acumen. 60 Decibels helps organizations listen directly to customers, suppliers, and beneficiaries, using data to improve social impact and make impact measurement more practical, responsive, and useful.
Sasha helped develop and scale Lean Data, 60 Decibels’ proprietary approach to impact measurement, which brings speed, customer-centricity, and responsiveness to how companies, investors, funders, and organizations understand the people they serve. Through this work, 60 Decibels supports organizations around the world in gathering high-quality feedback and using it to make better decisions.
Prior to co-founding 60 Decibels, Sasha spent 12 years at Acumen, where he served first as Director of Business Development and later as Chief Innovation Officer. At Acumen, he helped create Lean Data, +Acumen, and led the Acumen Fellows Program. Earlier in his career, Sasha worked at GE Capital, IBM, and in the microfinance sector.
