The Thanh is specialized in developing data-driven strategies, implementing effective digital solutions, fostering innovation and driving organizational change based on previously leadership roles, including Head of Digitalization at the Norwegian Veterinary Institute and ICT director including Innovation at Norwegian Institute for Air Research (NILU) in transforming research insights and results into useful digital services serving the society aiming at bridging the gap between public and private sector. He has broad international experience spanning IT project implementation in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. The Thanh holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management and Innovation.

RAI 1.0 was developed to address these challenges by leveraging artificial intelligence to assist the workflow of the Norad advisors.
